The album releases on September 5th, 2025. We aim to ship all orders the week prior of release so your order will arrive before or by Friday September 5th. Some far rural or international addresses may take longer to arrive.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After completing the checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number. Keep this email safe, print a copy or take a screen shot. You will need this information if you need to contact us about the status of your pre-order. You can reply to your email confirmation to contact us or you can email sales@musicplug.net

TRACKING INFO
Pre-Orders may be updated with tracking information well in advance of actual shipping as packages are prepared and labels are bought.
Orders won't be shipping until late August and you will see the tracking information update once it has been delivered to Australia Post and starts moving through their tracking system starting in late August or first week of September.

Pre-Orders will begin shipping late August. Please be aware of any change of address between now and August. If you have a change of address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the address change as soon as possible and we can update it in our system.

You can also use the Australia Post Mail Redirection service to arrange forwarding, this is not something we are involved with but you can talk to your post office to arrange this:

The t-shirts will be printed on the AS Colour 5001 Staple Tee.
Size options are Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X-Large & 3X-Large.

Once items have been shipped, all sales are final and there can be no exchanges on Vinyl or CDs.

Cancel Pre-Order
If you need to cancel your pre-order, please reply to your order confirmation email with a request for cancellation and refund before mid-August 2025. You won’t be able to cancel the order once it has shipped.

Damaged item?
If an item has arrived damaged due to the postal service or a factory manufacturing issue beyond our control, please immediately reply to your order email with a photograph of the damaged item and damage to the packaging if applicable. Damaged items will either be re-funded or re-sent at our discretion.

T-shirt Sizes:
Please see the photo for size and dimensions. We won't be able to make an exchange on the pre-order t-shirt size once it has been posted so please take care to measure and select the correct size now.
